There is only one reason to buy this DVD, to baby-sit the kids. I give this release 4 stars because the cartoons are great and look excellent, but the DVD animation collector has already bought these in the DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY DVD TIN released years ago (which wasn't complete). I had really wished the missing Goofy cartoons "Freewayphobia", "Goofy's Freeway Troubles", "Soccarmania", "Paracycling" & "Skating the Half Pipe" would have been a part of this, that would have completed the Goofy collection, but NOOOOOO!

This no-frills & overpriced (for what little you get) DVD includeds the following from the previously released DISNEY TREASURES TINS:

CLOCK CLEANERS (1937) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES MICKEY IN LIVING COLOR volume 1.
GOOFY & WILBUR (1938) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.
GOOFY'S GLIDER (1940) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.
MAN'S BEST FRIEND (1952) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.
FATHER'S LION (1952) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.
FATHER'S WEEKEND (1953) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.
AQUAMANIA (1961) previously released on DISNEY TREASURES COMPLETE GOOFY.

Bringing back the memories and the laughs, this volume of goofy shorts is a surefire winner.

i enjoyed every short on this disc i felt like was a kid again and had fun watching them. i know all the family will like this one. The Transfers of these shorts are excellent and the cartoons look as if they were just released and not years old like they are. who needs to buy the pricey sets when you have this option, what a great buy.
I just wish it was alittle longer with more cartoons, but 52 mins is'nt bad.

Highly Recommended DVD For Kids and Family.

Okay, I'm not just a Disney fan, I am a fan of the classic Disney charaters and specifically a Goofy fan.
This disc is great, if a little short, given the capacity of a DVD.
