Every Second Counts Summary As seen on the Hallmark Channel, EVERY SECOND COUNTS tells the story of 17-year-old Brooke Preston (Magda Apanowicz - "Kyle XY"), a gifted equestrian on the verge of becoming a world-class champion. Her coach and father, Joe (Stephen Collins - "7th Heaven"), dreams of her success as a professional equestrian, a dream he once had for himself before a horrible accident forced him to retire.
