This DVD has good quality in each disc, but be sure you have blu-ray player prepared. Because of Lie to me, I got PS3 XD

This show was great to start with, but when you see it in 1080P.... It is Freaking Awesome!

As far as the show is concerned it is an absolutely wonderful show. It is based on real research (exaggerated some of course), is entertaining, has great acting (Tim Roth is great), fresh environments, and a good musical score. The reason I gave this only 4 stars is because of the picture quality. I just purchased a new Panasonic BD60 Blu-ray player for my 37'' Vizio 1080p LCD TV and when watching these Blu-ray discs on my new player I thought the player wasn't performing to its full potential. The picture seemed to just not be as crisp and clear as other Blu-ray titles I have played on my Blu-ray player. I am not sure if this is a problem with the particular discs I own or if Fox just didn't put as much work into making the picture quality as best as it could be. Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, please let me know and let me know what steps you took to fix the problem if you were able to. I most certainly recommend this show and hope someone can help me resolve this picture quality problem.

This is a great show & a great cast supporting a GREAT Actor Tim Roth .Who as always puts in fierce & divisive acting in everything he does

I never got into Tim Roth until I saw his performance in Rob Roy. Wow. I figure in those days before tennis, the sword was your racket. Anyway he totally pulled it off. When I started watching Lie to Me, it was because of the expectations that Tim Roth would blow me away again. This show is one of the most underrated in TV land. He makes it totally believable. Awesome show.
