    This series has always had potential. Keel was a really weak lead character to attempt to host the series off of but the strong supporting cast and a villain that the audience could truly sympathize with made this series have promise. Then they started talking and it all kind of went downhill from there. That is kind of a harsh statement but after the close of this series, I really am not sure that I am better off for having seen it. Some of the plot hooks along the way were interesting but three volumes of politics and strategy for an ending that barely pays off the investment leaves me feeling jaded. And now in the end, I can really say that you can do better than this series.
    Tide-Line Blue, Vol. 4 Summary Having defeated the silent running submarine from Wei Nation, the Ulysses finds itself at the sea of Metasaquoia engaged in the ultimate confrontation with the New U.N. fleet.     Having defeated the silent running submarine from Wei Nation, the Ulysses finds itself at the sea of Metasaquoia engaged in the ultimate confrontation with the New U.N. fleet. Keel and Teen come to the conclusion that the only way to produce a long-lasting peace is to share their father's map with the entire world. The twin brothers depart from the Ulysses in hopes of meeting with General-Secretary Aoi so that they could try to persuade her with their idea of transmitting the map to all humanity. Meanwhile the New U.N. fleet commander, Satoyama, realizes that Gould intends to use his nuclear weapons to punish the world for failing to make peace.
