    I bought this film without really knowing a lot about it. I liked the cast so I went for it...Not a good move on my part.

    This whole film centers around a man who can't sleep, to the point that his body is dying. Okay.

    I haven't never seen so many good actors try so hard to make a bad film work. This film was poorly directed, written, and it hurts me to see so much talent wasted!

    I knew I was in trouble as a viewer when I started yelling at the screen, "DIE ALREADY!"

    Needless my advice to all who might find this film interesting is; Don't bother.
    Fade Summary Life and nightmares merge as Arthur Dichter (David Connolly) suffers from a protracted bout of insomnia. No longer able to communicate, a gulf opens between him and his wife (Sarah Lassez). As Arthur loses his grip on reality, he embarks on a path of self-destruction that may prove fatal.     Arthur Dichter thinks he is dying from insomnia, but the reality is much more frightening. He wanders the streets, finding new ways to keep his body moving, even self-mutilation. Doctors think he may be suicidal. His wife, Anna denies it, knowing he is in a waking nightmare where delusions and reality become more and more indistinguishable. As his disease gives way to despair, loneliness and alienation, he and Anna hang on to their last shred of hope until the bitter end.
