    Marine Corps veteran sharpshooter who goes through target-spotter partners faster than bullets on his ultra-dangerous missions.

    The National Security Council secretly assigns Beckett to assassinate a Panamanian rebel bankrolled by a drug cartel in his bid for the presidency.
