    Slow and groovy, a pleasure to see and hear. Not as powerful as I thought, but worth the time to experience

    Although this DVD starts off kind of slow -- it takes you awhile to get into it, it does pick up and actually turns out to be a very good DVD. Ike does a good job and I am very glad to have purchased it! You'll enjoy it. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it starts out with a number of slow songs, but overall it is a great DVD.

    RIP to a Great,Great Musical force. this concert showcases his greatness as a Band-leader, Musician and his powerful vocals. all of the hits and the great arrangements.the music is so soulful and very moving.

    Moses comes to us from the mountaintop and gives a show that will keep you captivated for the whole while. You can't ask for more than that.

    Isaac Hayes: Live at Montreux 2005 Summary Isaac Hayes is one of the most influential and respected figures in Black American music. In a career that dates back to the start of the sixties he has had top selling singles, released ground breaking albums, composed the Grammy and Oscar winning film score for "Shaft", supplied the voice of Chef in "South Park" and written innumerable hit songs for other artists. Isaac Hayes has made several appearances at Montreux but this one, his most recent appearance from 2005, undoubtedly captures him at his very best with trademark performances of all his best-known tracks.

    The encore from the 2005 show where Isaac Hayes is joined by the legendary Booker T & The MGs, the Stax Records house band, for renditions of some of the hit songs he wrote for other Stax artists including "Soul Man" and "I Stand Accused" (all to be confirmed).
