3/5 Surprislingly Boring but a Good Workout Nonetheless

somewhere, sometime, i misplaced my tae bo advanced dvds which are now WAY too expensive for me (but if you can afford them they're awesome). so i tried this. and honestly, i was underwhelmed. it's a great workout, just not that fun. the energy seems to just not be there as it was in earlier videos. it'll still get you looking good though :)

These 2 workouts are pretty good, but they are more for the intermediate Tae Boer. They are not as advanced as some of the other DVDs.
