Directed by filmmaker William Farley and photographed by Bill Marpet, it was taped in India during 1985 and traces the life and career of Pandit Pran Nath, the last in a long line of north Indian vocal masters originating in the 13th century. Pandit Pran Nath's work has been of seminal influence to fans and devotees of Indian classical music, as well as to American avant-garde composers Terry Riley and La Monte Young, who are interviewed in the film. Playable in all regions. Approximate run time 28 min.
