4/4 Darker But Retains Its TimelessnessI used to think that this was the weakest link of the "Indiana Jones" series but upon viewing it for the third time, I realized its greatness. I'm glad that Steven Spielberg did not try to duplicate "The Raiders of the Lost Ark" because th...
(read full)2.5/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewMy least favorite of the Indy films. But even with two annoying tag-alongs, Harrison Ford still manages to give a good old Indiana adventure. Although probably the weakest of the four films Spielberg delivers another spectacular picture!
3/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewStill a good film, I thought Kate Capshaw ruined it. She was obnoxious and got in the way of this Jones film being fantastic.
3.5/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewThe best of the three (four?) Indy films, it's also the darkest. There's no Nazi's to deal with, this time it's a cult who stole a villages stones. When watching the tree movies this one stands out because it's the most different.
1.5/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewI don't like it. Too dark for and Indy flick.
4/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewThis was the first Indy movie I saw and I loved it. My brother and I watched it over and over again quoting the lines. It is cool that this was the first PG-13 movie ever. The most different in the series and still very very good.
3.5/4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom Quick ReviewIndy is still action-packed and fun, but the middle film feels a bit strained than the bookends. You can't beat the bug scene or a most interesting meal, but it just doesn't measure up quite as well as the other two Indy films.
