    The DVD is pretty good although I prefer some of my older dvd's. Part of it may be that I am more comfortable with them from practice.

    this a kick butt workout. even after one 6 min segment i was tired. i got this set along with the book and they really go well together. the book has a week schedule of what workouts to do for your body type. the nice thing is you fit them in when you can. this is a must for moms who want to get back in shape and feel short on time. i love that the moms in the workout are real, not perfect models. it is realistic and fun!
