for the part they sing it's not too bad. One member of the group keeps talking all the time very distractive,wants people to wave and do this and that but then they finally sing and it gets better.

the lighting and filming of the show is below average they've got a great band but the sound doesn't come out good you,ve got a lady on the picture and her microphone must not be working cause I don't think we ever hear her.

I just love the Chilites. It brought back a lot of memorys. Very pleased with the purchase.

This is a nice concert of the Chi-Lites. They need to have there own concert show because they have to many hits songs. 30 minutes isn't enough time. But i did enjoy this mini concert.

Compared to other performances of the Chi-Lites on DVD Sweet Soul Music is a bad release. Chi-Lites on "70s Soul Jam" and TJ Lubinsky Productions are much better. Here you'd think the producers were even embarassed to fully bring the audience into the camera of a dimly lit arena. Save your money and buy the others.

IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE 60'S/70'S THIS IS THE MEMORY PATH TO TAKE, FOR A FINE MUSIC CONCERT BY THE CHI-LITES. EXCELLENT SURROUND SOUND/VIDEO OF ONE OF MY FAVORITE GROUPS DOING ALL THEIR HITS IN AN EXCELLENT CONCERT.
