    Tar DVD Summary This low-budget actioner, a kissing cousin to the blaxploitation films of the '70s, follows the chaotic relationship between a member of a street thug who is involved with a local terrorist group and a married, lady cop.

    The two had been lovers in high school, but the relationship ended.
