This item came to me in such bad shape that I could not even remove it from the jewel case. It and another movie, both packaged at the same time, were obviously purposely damaged after shrink wrapping and prior to packaging for shipping. This is totally inexcusable. Someone knew that it was damaged and did not care enough about the customer or, their job to report and replace it.
